Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Sorita Founder plan ($10/month) and is part of our Terms of Service. It never limits refund rights you have under consumer protection law.

1. Before your workspace is ready: refund anytime

Founders pay before the product is in their hands. Until we email you that your Sorita workspace is ready, you can ask for a full refund of everything you've paid, at any time, for any reason. No questions, no forms.

2. After you get access: 30-day guarantee

Once your workspace is ready you get 30 days, counted from that date (not from your first payment), to decide whether Sorita is worth it. If it isn't, email us within those days and we will refund your most recent payment in full.

3. If Sorita never launches

If we decide not to launch, or we shut down before giving you access, we will cancel your subscription and refund every payment you made, without you having to ask.

4. Renewals

After the guarantee period, monthly renewals are not refunded once the new period starts, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise and you haven't used Sorita since, tell us within 7 days and we will refund it.

5. Your founder price after a refund

A refund cancels the subscription, so your founder spot and its locked $10/month price are released. If you come back later, the price in effect at that time applies.

6. How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We approve refunds within 2 business days and Dodo issues them to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to pay. Include your payment or subscription reference if you have it (it's in your Dodo Payments receipt). That's all we need.
