### How is this different from a feedback board?

A board stores posts and leaves the sorting to you. Sorita decides: new or duplicate, bug or feature, how many users and how much revenue it touches, and whether it belongs on the roadmap.

### Do I need to install anything?

No. The public feedback page works with just a link. The SDK is optional and only needed if you want Sorita to catch errors your users never report.

### What does the SDK collect?

JavaScript errors, failed API requests, repeated failures, affected users, browser and device context, and your application version.

### What do I get with founder early access?

You get in first, at $10/mo, and a direct line to shape what Sorita builds next.

### Will my price go up later?

No. Your $10/mo stays locked for as long as you stay subscribed. After the first 100 founders, the price is $20/mo.

### Is it risky to pay before Sorita launches?

No. Until your workspace is ready you can ask for a full refund at any time, no questions asked. Once you get access, you still have 30 days to decide. If Sorita never launches, you get back everything you paid.

### Can I cancel anytime?
